Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlourishTalk's websites, products, courses, memberships and tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. FlourishTalk is the company behind a family of wellbeing brands — FlourishIQ, RunWell4Life, GolfWell4Life and InspireWell4Life — created by Dr Alten du Plessis. FlourishTalk is the seller and payment processor for these brands' products, which is the name that appears on your statement. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Your account & orders

• Provide accurate details and keep any login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts and personalised products are personal to you — don't share logins, downloads or access with people who haven't paid.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, or have a parent/guardian's consent.

2. What we sell

• Personalised card decks & ebooks, generated with your name and delivered as time-limited download links.
• Courses, sold with a defined access period (typically 12 months) unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships, billed each period with the benefits described on the membership page; cancel any time.
• Group & branded editions, by email delivery or redeemable codes, as described on the relevant pages.

3. Pricing & payment

• South-African payments are processed by PayFast; international payments by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. FlourishTalk is the seller of record across our brands.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own enjoyment and learning. You may not copy, resell, sub-licence, publish or redistribute the content; share your account or downloads; or use the Service unlawfully.

5. The FlourishTalk Community & your content

Our website hosts The FlourishTalk Community — free discussion spaces with their own lightweight accounts. Content you post there (topics, replies, your display name and bio) remains yours, but is by nature visible to other members — you grant us the permission needed to store and display it within the community. Posting is subject to the community house rules shown on your first visit (respect, no spam or self-promotion, no betting talk, protect privacy, report rather than retaliate). We may hide or remove posts and pause or close community accounts where the rules are breached; community moderation never affects products you have bought. You can edit a post for 15 minutes after posting, and may ask us to delete your community account and content at any time per the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, tools, quotations, artwork, designs and branding are owned by FlourishTalk and its creator, Dr Alten du Plessis (and, where applicable, Stellenbosch University), and are protected by law. A branded edition's own logos and photographs remain the property of the organisation that supplied them.

9. Disclaimers, liability & governing law

We provide the Service "as is" and can't guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product, course or membership in the 12 months before the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
