About the Founder
Dr. Alten du Plessis is the Well-being & Student Success & Development Strategist at Stellenbosch University. With a PhD in Applied Mathematics and specialized training in positive psychology, Dr. du Plessis has spent over two decades developing evidence-based programs that combine technological innovation with psychological science.
His work focuses on creating individualized and gamified interventions to optimize performance and development across educational, sporting, and organizational contexts. Dr. du Plessis has presented at prestigious international conferences and has been recognized with multiple awards for his innovative approaches to student wellbeing and success.
